Two years with Satori.

Satori is an electronic artist who plays live sets around the world. Since 2024 I've run his content, AI campaigns and studio work, every day. He's also family, which is how it started.

    One reel, 851k views

A Soviet kids' cartoon, cooked into an Ibiza moment. The idea, the edit, the audio overlay and the posting are mine. Footage shot by me and @offbrandproject.

An AI film series in one visual world

Six scenes that cross Wes Anderson with The Matrix. Same lead, same palette, same lens language in every shot. Concept, generation in Higgsfield and Nano Banana, and the edit are mine.

A live set, mixed for the screen

Satori's set at ThuisHaven, Amsterdam. I did the audio post-production: added crowd mics, built the transitions and smoothed the musical segues so the set plays as one piece on screen.

    Releasing Domenico

The frame for the single: Domenico isn't a track, he's a person we haven't introduced yet. I planned the release week from teaser to drop, wrote the interview and voice-overs, and briefed the team.

One world, written down.

For Satori's album era, I Only Believe in a God That Knows How to Dance, I built the master creative system: twenty zones, from colour and casting to captions. Version 1.0, July 2026.

How I work

Anti-slop by design.

Most AI output fails not because it's wrong, but because it's lifeless: accurate, competent and forgettable. My job is to recognise that draft, bin it, and find what in the pipeline produced it.

Pipelines, not prompts

I don't chat with models. I design multi-stage pipelines where every stage has a fixed output and a gate before the next. No prompt gets written before the film is designed.

  1. Intake
  2. Story
  3. Mood and world
  4. Locations and cast
  5. Shot list and hero shots
  6. Performance
  7. Prompts
  8. Edit plan
  9. QC
“Undirected generation is where credits and quality die.”

Every video prompt uses the same block order, so a failure can be traced to a single block.

  1. 1 Scene
  2. 2 References
  3. 3 Location map
  4. 4 First frame
  5. 5 Optics
  6. 6 Camera
  7. 7 Action
  8. 8 Performance
  9. 9 Physics
  10. 10 Lighting
  11. 11 Style

Cheap stages first

Composition gets fixed in stills before any video credit is spent. Mistakes get caught where they're cheapest.

  1. Character turnaround sheet of hotel staff in blue uniforms

    Cast

Character sheets so every face and uniform stays the same.

  2. AI still of a grand hotel corridor with pink chairs

    Frame

The shot composed as a still in Nano Banana.

  3. Final film frame: the lead walks down the hotel corridor

    Film

Animated in Higgsfield, cut and graded in the edit.

The result: six scenes, one world

  • AI film scene: Pool

    Pool

  • AI film scene: Ropewalk

Binning the competent draft

Version one of DIGITAL PRISON, a 60-second AI film, rendered fine and was unusable: cloned characters, flickering light, moiré in fabric, someone walking the wrong way. I scrapped it and traced each failure back to its cause in the prompt.

  • Multi-pose reference sheets read as multiple people
  • Words like “flare” trigger frame-by-frame light swings
  • Stacked fast motion warps faces

The stabilisation playbook, 7 rules

  1. 1Strip flicker-trigger words
  2. 2A short negative-prompt block per clip
  3. 3One fast-moving element per shot
  4. 4Anti-moiré rule for fabric
  5. 5Prompts about 35% shorter
  6. 6Fixed 24 fps cadence
  7. 7Split a 15 s clip in two as fallback

The final cut came together in four 15-second generations. The hotel scene went through five versions, each fixing one diagnosed failure instead of re-rolling and hoping.

Taste, written down

Taste only scales if it's explicit. Every project gets a written pass or fail test before anything is generated.

Rejected if the scene reads as

“Look how stupid those people are.”

Approved if it reads as

“Look, and what do you see?”

Checked on every clip before approval

  • Identity
  • Wardrobe
  • Light direction
  • Grade
  • Crop-safe per aspect ratio

Final QC: can the story be told in one sentence, and is the signature motif visible in three or more shots?

A voice, not a model

For Satori I defined a voice and encoded it in a Claude skill, so every draft starts inside it instead of being corrected into it.

  • Cold confidence
  • Minimal copy
  • No hashtags
  • No exclamation marks
  • Recaps rebellious, never grateful

Postcards from the weekend.

A Satori caption, written by me

The systems behind it.

I build the workflows that let one person ship campaign-level output. Most of them run on Claude.

Content board, wired to Claude

I connected Satori's Rella board to Claude with a custom MCP connector, so planning, tasks and analytics can be read and updated from any AI session. A skill I wrote holds the rules: one project per account, a six-step status flow, fixed naming and post times, and search before create.

50tour stories scheduled for 18 shows

A weekly task books three Instagram stories for every confirmed show: four weeks out, one week out and on the day.

Anatomy of a product page

Every part of this page is product data, configuration or SEO. This is my day-to-day work on Maxifleur, since 2020.

  1. 1BreadcrumbsClean category path, marked up as BreadcrumbList for Google.
  2. 2Title and H1Generated from the product name, so every page gets a unique, searchable title.
  3. 3SKU and reviewsProduct data and review feed on every product.
  4. 4Size variantsRelated sizes linked from one page instead of separate dead ends.
  5. 5Pot combinationsCross-sell: matching pots offered on every plant.
  6. 6Price and stockPrice incl. VAT and live stock, straight from the catalogue.
  7. 7Spec highlightsSize, use and guarantee pulled from product attributes.
